Plain version: we collect what you type into our forms so we can reply to you, and nothing else. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no data sold to anyone. The long version is below.

klone is a digital studio based in Canberra, ACT, serving clients worldwide. This policy covers the website at klone.site and any enquiry you send us through it. Questions go to hello@klone.site.
We collect only what you choose to type into one of our two forms. Nothing on this site collects information in the background.
Phone number and business name are optional on the contact form. We never ask for payment card details, identity documents, or any sensitive information through this website.
When you submit a form, the contents are sent to a Cloudflare Worker we operate. That Worker does exactly two things: it emails your submission to hello@klone.site using Resend, and it sends us a notification through a private Telegram bot so we see new enquiries quickly.
We do not run a database. Your submission is not written to any store on this website — it lives in our email inbox and that Telegram thread, and nowhere else.
To read your enquiry and reply to it, to prepare a free audit if you asked for one, and to carry on the conversation if it turns into a project. That's the whole list. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use what you send us for advertising.
This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no heatmaps and no cross-site tracking of any kind. There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to.
A small number of services are involved in running this site and handling your enquiry. Each has its own privacy policy.
Some of these providers process data on servers outside Australia. Links to Instagram or any other external site take you somewhere we do not control.
Enquiries stay in our inbox for as long as they are useful — through the conversation and for a reasonable period after, so we have a record of what was discussed. For clients, we keep project correspondence for as long as we are required to for tax and business records. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will.
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Because we hold no visitor database, there is no store of enquiries on this site to breach. Our email and Telegram accounts are protected with multi-factor authentication.
No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure. Please don't send passwords, card numbers or confidential documents through the forms or by unencrypted email.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@klone.site and we'll action it.
If you're in the EU or UK, you also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR. Our lawful basis for the processing described here is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled a privacy matter, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au ↗.
If we add something that changes what this site collects — analytics, a CRM, a chat widget — we'll update this page and change the date at the top before it goes live.
Ask us anything about your data.
